RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for an Administrative Assistant to become a part of our superior workforce. The Administrative Assistant will provide onsite and remote federal program assistance.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Routine telephone and person to person reception and greeting of clients and visitors;
  • Set up meetings, arrange conference rooms, audio/visual equipment, and outside phone lines;
  • Ensure equipment operations by completing preventive maintenance requirements, repair calls, maintenance of equipment inventory, and evaluate new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies, place and expedite orders for supplies, and verify receipt of supplies.
  • Edit, format, duplicate, and collate presentations, reports, and other documents;
  • Process domestic and international travel requests; making travel arrangements for approved travel;
  • Process domestic and international travel and other expense claims;
  • Maintain travel and vacation records for Federal and Contractor staff;
  • Support periodic and annual inventory, filing, accounting, and audits of Federal property and equipment;
  • Implement the proprietary document and mail distribution; disposal of burn bags in following agency security and recycling procedures;
  • Maintain division records and files, prepare for division visitors, enter time and attendance information and status reports.
  • Provide administrative support, as determined from time to time, under direct guidance from assigned officers of the Loan Programs Office;
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports as required by the various divisions of the Loan Programs Office;
  • Provide backup to fellow RER Team members to be determined by the Project Manager from time to time and other tasks as required under the agency's contract of services to the agency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client issued Public Trust
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a multimedia environment;
  • Excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of fundamental business writing
  • Ability to learn proprietary computer applications as necessary;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Proven skills in researching material;
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn concepts in multiple energy industry segments;


EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in office management and administrative support
