BASIC FUNCTION:Optimize the overall health of our Alternative Delivery Model offerings and support growth in expanded market segments.Coordinate and conduct executive business strategy reviews with business partners.Lead, draft, and maintain performance against the Annual Business Plan.Facilitate the creation of multi-year sales goals.Coordinate new initiatives and other work efforts between internal and external business partners (TPA, Product, IT, etc).Work with operations, finance and other areas to calibrate pricing and underwriting approach based on performance to construct multi-year capability roadmaps.Coordinate with Subsidiary Governance to serve as escalation point for platform opportunities.Secure consensus on contractual updates for Executive negotiation, submission to the Department of Insurance, and Signature.Required Job Qualifications:Bachelor degree and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment.2 years management experience.Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics and research.Experience with Retail Markets.Experience leading and mentoring staff.Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.Business acumen and project/process integration skills.Preferred Job Qualifications:MBA or MHA.Health care industry experience.Affordable Care Act Knowledge.Experience working with Third Party Administrator.Experience working with Employer Group Insurance.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
