We are now hiring an administrative assistant in the greater Rochester area (Oronco).
This is a direct hire with pay is up to $26/hr and full benefits.
This position encompasses a wide range of office administration tasks. Incumbent must be able to work under pressure and collaborate with a team. Successful record of fielding phone calls, providing information to clients and acting as liaison between departments is a critical component of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate multiple calendars, schedule appointments, and reconcile scheduling conflicts as required.
Coordinate meetings and necessary resources for all stakeholders.
Responsible for answering the main phone line and fielding the calls appropriately.
Responsible for basic office duties such as filing and office supply ordering.
Coordinate travel, book domestic and international travel - flights, cars, hotels, etc.
Set up and maintain filing and record retention systems.
Coordinate and process travel and expense reports for multiple executives.
Responsible for invoicing customers.
Organize and assist AP with vendor invoices.
Assists with tracking assets for employees.
Additional duties include supporting various projects and assisting operations team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
An associate degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three to five years' experience providing administrative support to the operations team.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve process and efficiency.
Ability to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal direction; learn quickly and independently.
