Position:Administrative Assistant

Location:Dallas, TX

Salary:50k 56k + OT


High End Luxury goods retailer seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their Team!!


Responsibilities:

  • Compiling statistics and information for research as requested
  • Maintaining appropriate stocking of office supplies
  • Coordinating and creating schedules for company events and trainings
  • Ordering supplies
  • Assisting with employee travel arrangement, hotels, flights etc.
  • Maintain company credit card and supply accounting the needed receipts
  • Managing inventory of supplies for Customer Service
  • Coordinating lunches for guest visits or special occasions
  • Assisting with Human Resource tasks
  • Performing basic scanning work
  • Developing presentations
  • Pulling and filing paperwork
  • Maintaining department calendars


Qualifications:

BA College Degree Preferred

1+ Years relevant Experience
