We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will play a vital role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests in a professional welcoming manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Assist with office management tasks, including supply inventory and ordering
  • Internal bookkeeping including invoicing and tracking client payments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop/Bookkeeping experience a plus
