We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Technology Control Management to join our team! This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA via a Hybrid work arrangement (thrice a week to the office).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Drive the quality and consistency of Engineering’s interactions with its U.S. regulators. Identify the correct Engineering stakeholders, liaise with them, and review and revise their submissions for regulatory examinations, questionnaires, and ad hoc questions. Interface closely with stakeholders outside of Engineering (e.g., Legal, Tech Risk, Audit, Compliance, Enterprise Sourcing Office, Office of Regulatory Relations, and Enterprise Resiliency Office) to ensure a consistent and transparent approach is in place related to Regulatory Engagement. Develop, in consultation with Engineering stakeholders, management responses and remediation plans to address any findings from the regulators. Track progress of remediation of regulatory findings and draft updates for Engineering senior management. Manage Engineering’s meetings with regulators, including drafting agendas, reviewing and revising decks, identifying speakers, and conducting dry runs to prepare the speakers to interact with the regulators. Engage with colleagues on the team who manage interaction with regulators across the globe to assess trends and promote consistency in regulatory messaging. Monitor regulatory trends and actions to proactively anticipate future areas of regulatory exam focus. Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions to foster the awareness of the regulatory engagement process.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 10-12 years of total work experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills; teamwork skills; possess strong interpersonal skills to support mentoring. Experience within the technology space with a matured understanding in dealing with stakeholders and regulators.
