Commercial Street Insurance Advisors d/b/a/Allstate Insurance is a leading insurance agency specializing in providing insurance solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Agency Administrator/sales assistant to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:


As an Insurance Agency Administrator and sales assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our agency. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. You will support our agents and clients, helping to maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Support:


Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and emails promptly.
Assist clients with inquiries, policy updates and rewrites, claims processing, and general service needs.
Schedule appointments for insurance agents and maintain calendars.

Administrative Duties:


Maintain and update client records in the agency management system.
Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with policy reviews, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.

Team Support:


Collaborate with insurance agents to ensure timely follow-up on client requests.
Coordinate internal communications and assist with training or team meetings.
Handle billing and invoicing for clients, including tracking payments and issuing reminders.
Work closely with clients on inspection recommendations.

Compliance & Documentation:


Ensure all documentation and client records are accurate and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain a filing system for both physical and digital documents.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role (insurance experience is a plus).
Proficient with office software, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with insurance software is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
