SalesBizLab We are is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
