Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant performs critical administrative work for associates and provides direct support to the site leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining schedules and assisting with administrative tasks related to answering phones, customer service, and a variety of activities to support local site operations. These activities include maintaining all physical documents and records at the location, planning, and supporting associate and community events, and distributing work items
Areas of Responsibility
- Performing professional level tasks that are sensitive in nature, requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact.
- Preparing presentations for internal and external audiences, under general direction.
- Answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, accepting incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare shipments.
- Filing, copying, and scanning current documents.
- Various projects in Microsoft Excel.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and conferences.
- Organizing and maintaining necessary confidential files and records.
- Working independently with only general guidance on a variety of special projects.
- Ensures full compliance with Company Safety policies, procedures, GMP’s, Ethical Business Practice, and SOPs at all times.

- Must have the ability to wear applicable personal protective equipment utilized at this site, including safety glasses/goggles, hairnets, lab coats and safety shoes if needed.
