We're searching for an Administrative Assistant who will doing the differents task in the Payroll Department, highly organized, handle pressure well, and excel in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment. Must be fully bilingual English- Spanish. This job is located in Davie, FL.
This is Full time position Monday - Friday 8am-5pm $20/hr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and is responsible for order reports updated (released, invoiced and shipped orders).
- Maintains Pilot Report updated.
- Maintains the record of orders in Access Applications.
- Enters orders in our Manufacturing system and sends to the Customer or Sales Rep.
- Makes revisions of documents as needed throughout the production process.
- Prepares the Invoice and Packing list once the order is ready.
- Maintains customers’ price list updated.
- Make sure about the bill rate and hours that the employees have
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fully Bilingual English /Spanish
- Prior experience in Administrative positions
- Experience with Excel and great computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience doing Payroll
