Responsibilities
  • Identifying client issues, problem solving, and following up.
  • Obtaining and updating client information.
  • Assisting with payments and policy changes.
  • Learning basic insurance tasks with the opportunity to expand upon those in future roles.


Requirements
  • Customer service experience required. Insurance experience a plus!
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • A self starter with excellent problem solving skills.
