About the Role
Join a collaborative and driven team at RSNE. We're looking for a solution-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our Operations Department. Our Main Office is the central nervous system of RSNE and this person will have exposure to every part of our business. Reporting to our Director of Operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience while also supporting critical internal processes. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes, contribute your skills, and grow alongside a passionate team.
This is a Full-time, on-site position at our Lakeville, MA location. There is the possibility of one day per week work from home, scheduled around the needs of the business. Flexible start and end time is available.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Operations Manager by providing administrative support for essential tasks like purchase orders, invoicing and job scheduling.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers via email and phone.
- Communicate with customers, answering their questions or troubleshooting their concerns.
- Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes.
- HR administrative tasks including hiring, employee onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Assist the sales team with quoting smaller jobs.
- Actively contribute to implementing new systems and processes within the company and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with AP/AR responsibilities.
- Comfortable working a shop environment with occasional noise and dust; skilled at interacting with all employees of all levels.
- Experienced in using or quickly learning various software and systems like Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Coupa or similar
- Problem-solver with a resourceful, logical approach to overcoming challenges
- Strong multi-tasker and adaptability in a changing environment
- Trustworthy, with a proven track record of long-term commitment in previous roles.
- Clear communicator who takes initiative, shows ambition, and gets things done
Benefits
- The base salary range for this role is $40,000-$50,000
