Compensation: $21-25/hour
Location/Travel: Corporate Office, some local errands as needed
Job Summary:
Join our team at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and staff members at our Corporate location. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities, demonstrating your ability to effectively juggle various assignments from different leaders in the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the executive team with their day-to-day needs (e.g., manage calendars, credit card receipts, etc.), demonstrating comfort and professionalism in communicating with executives and board members.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations for the corporate staff while managing multiple tasks assigned by different leaders.
- Manage the front desk as needed and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls for the corporate team, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate logistics for office events (e.g., birthday celebrations, leadership conferences) and manage birthday/anniversary card signatures and mailing.
- Support team with booking travel for staff as needed
- Print and mail clinical Flight Path workbooks
- Approve, order, and distribute corporate orders, while ensuring timely delivery of mail and packages.
- Pack and mail new hire welcome bags
- Manage Calm/DoorDash users
- Distribute faxes to appropriate employees
- Drop off marketing items to San Antonio clinics
- Ship marketing materials, and other packages as needed
- Ensure the corporate office always remains organized and tidy
- Run local errands as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to efficiently use these tools for communication and task management.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience in a growing organization and supporting executive-level staff is a plus.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or behavioral health industry is advantageous but not required.
