In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify trends, and propose strategic enhancements within the Account Management and Financial Platform domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for understanding business operations and user behavior. What you’ll do as an Analyst II, Platform Operations Analytics
Develop predictive models to forecast customer play and business revenue. Perform deep-dive analyses and oversee partnerships with teams across the business to operationalize insights. Leverage data and industry knowledge to identify areas of opportunity and enhance our modeling capabilities. Develop automated tools and Tableau dashboards that help the business understand the impact of our products and promotions. Create and propagate business intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses. Operationalize model outputs so that they can be utilized by other groups throughout DraftKings. What you’ll bring
At least 2 years of business analytics experience, preferably with exposure to technology, consulting, and/or e-commerce industry. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Excel/Google Sheets, or an eagerness to learn quickly. Experience with Tableau, or similar data visualization tools. Join Our Team
