We are currently seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative and Accounts Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set to manage responsibilities across accounts receivable, payroll, customer support, and various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Payroll: Handle payroll processing with attention to accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required, including but not limited to document management, data entry, and assisting with special projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, payroll administration, and customer support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English required
