Job Description
  • Providing Administrative Assistance (word processing, filing, photocopying, emailing, etc.) for:
    • Property Managers
    • Building Superintendents / Managers
    • Accounting Department
    • Company Executives
  • Maintain building access card system
  • Maintain and update vendor lists
  • Vendor correspondence, including but not limited to, invoices, contracts, insurance certificates, name and address changes.
  • Tenant correspondence, including but not limited to, name and address changes, building notices, work orders.
  • Obtaining and updating all insurance certificates from vendors and tenants, inputting insurance certificate information on Timberline
  • Scheduling conference rooms / auditoriums
  • Open and distribute the daily incoming mail
  • Assisting with company events | functions
  • Must be proficient with Word and Excel
  • All other duties Carruth Capital, LLC may request
