Position Overview Para Los Niños Youth Workforce Services (YWS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. This role involves overseeing the quality and compliance of our youth workforce programs. Under the direct supervision of the YWS Director, the QA Manager will ensure that all program deliverables are met, including achieving enrollment targets, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring robust data collection. Duties Program Compliance: Ensure all youth workforce programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies. Enrollment Monitoring: Track and report on participant enrollment numbers to ensure program targets are met. Documentation Oversight: Manage the collection, review, and storage of all necessary documentation to support program compliance and participant tracking. Data Management: Implement and oversee data collection processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of program data. Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits of program activities to ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational standards. Staff Training: Provide training and support to program staff on compliance-related issues, documentation best practices, and data management techniques. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on program performance, compliance status, and other relevant metrics to senior management and funding agencies. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of youth workforce programs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with YWS leadership team, finance teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving program goals. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations and ensure organizational compliance with new or updated guidelines. Perform other projects and duties as directed by supervisor. Qualifications and Experience Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or program management within a youth workforce or similar environment. Strong understanding of workforce development programs, including federal, state, and local regulations. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data management systems and software. Meticulous in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends or discrepancies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions. Bilingual English/Spanish desirable. Ability to work with diverse populations. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with students, families, administrators, colleagues, community, and other school system staff in a non-traditional, inner-city environment. Education and Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
