About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate office. The major end result of this job position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office, enabling our team to focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a General Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office's daily operations and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files and records.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other team members.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed.

Skills:

As a General Administrative Assistant, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage the daily operations of our office. You will use your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and other documents. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be crucial in ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
