Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to manage the day to day operation of a fast paced, Construction Office.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Data Entry, Invoice Management.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate Word and Excel software programs effectively.
Assist Office with Clerical duties by organizing files and keeping accurate documents.
Provide clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Word & Excel
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and be a self starter
Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
Knowledge of Job Cost and Construction vocabulary is a plus.
