Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrative Assistant at KENT Systems LLC in 
Loveland, CO. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, delivering exceptional customer service, communicating effectively, assisting with sales tasks, and handling data entry responsibilities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls as well as schedule appointments for Sr. sales staff.
  • Manage Sr. sales staff calendars, coordinating between multiple organizations.
  • Support sales staff by attending client meetings and providing administrative assistance.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Take detailed notes during phone calls and manage call transfers.
  • Compiles research for the sales staff and management. 
  • Conduct follow-ups on customer inquiries and current projects.
  • Maintains project and program related documents.
  • Supports the sales staff with general operations including entering customer orders.
  • Prepares correspondence, various documents, and reports.
  • Performs data entry.
  • Resolves routine and moderately complex inquiries.
  • Organizes and maintains an e-file system.
  • Provides administrative support or Sr. management when needed
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum of a High School diploma is required.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong phone skills and experience in handling a complex request.
  • Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Sales and Data Entry abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Google Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred

  • Comfortable with phone interactions and scheduling.
  • Able to work independently with little social interaction
