AVERAGE DAY IN THIS POSITION

As an Administrative Office Assistant, you collaborate closely with your admin team to ensure every day at the office is a successful one. Under our general manager's guidance, you complete a variety of essential tasks and offer critical support to your team. Attentive to every last detail, you manage responsibilities such as filing paperwork, maintaining our filing systems, and organizing our company calendar.

You welcome new employees and oversee their orientation as well as coordinate company meetings. When needed, you also answer phone calls and assist customers. You monitor our team's performance and conduct both weekly and monthly reports to track how we're doing. You feel great about using your admin skills to their fullest potential!

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and attentive to detail. You should be a solid team player and eager to help out however possible.   • 1+ years of experience in education, office administration, or another relevant field
  • Experience using a business and invoicing system
  • Computer proficiency and a typing speed of 50+ wpm
  • Ability to use applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Field service management and software experience a plus
