LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team.


This position is full-time onsite and can be in Voorhees, NJ or Red Bank, NJ.


Experience with commercial real estate terminology, documentation, and procedures is preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting attorneys with commercial real estate matters
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing calendars
  • Providing general administrative support


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent legal assistant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • MS Office knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Kofax Power PDF preferred
  • Strong typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects


The anticipated salary range for this position is between $55,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience.
