LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This position is full-time onsite and can be in Voorhees, NJ or Red Bank, NJ.
Experience with commercial real estate terminology, documentation, and procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with commercial real estate matters
- Drafting legal documents
- Corresponding with clients
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing calendars
- Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent legal assistant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- MS Office knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Kofax Power PDF preferred
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $55,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience.
