We are seeking an organized, dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant!

The candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions in a multidimensional office environment in order to drive the various businesses success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Prepare and/or process invoices, purchase orders and related documents
  • Communicate with customers and vendors
  • Plan and schedule client appointments and events and cultivate/follow up on new business leads
  • Greet and assist onsite guests as well as customers
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to others within office suite

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Word, Excel a must and knowledge of PowerPoint and QuickBooks is preferred.
