We are seeking an organized, dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant!
The candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions in a multidimensional office environment in order to drive the various businesses success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Prepare and/or process invoices, purchase orders and related documents
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Plan and schedule client appointments and events and cultivate/follow up on new business leads
- Greet and assist onsite guests as well as customers
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Provide administrative support to others within office suite
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel a must and knowledge of PowerPoint and QuickBooks is preferred.
