LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Potomac, Maryland is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Trusts & Estates team.


This position is full-time, onsite.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with probate and trust administration
  • Editing and proofreading documents
  • Managing calendars
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Providing general administrative support to the paralegal team


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent legal assistant experience
  • Trusts & Estates experience preferred
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


The anticipated salary range is $65,000-$85,000 per year depending on experience.
