Join our dynamic property management team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties as an Administrative Assistant in our leasing department. If you are an organized, bilingual professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with and support employees
  • Establish and maintain good relations with tenants
  • Maintain and update resident files
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate with management, residents, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn property management software (training provided)
  • Communicate, verbally and written, with tenants, clients, and others.
  • Ability to scan, make, fill in, and amend PDF forms
  • Grab mail at the post office

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse tenant population.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with tenants.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with email communication, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
