- Administrative front desk/receptionist office experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Must be extremely friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and grow and take on more duties with time.
YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
- Answer phones, monitor calls, greet visitors, file, handle mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to office team.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
