Bilingual Administrative Assistant | Oakland, CA | $18-21/hr
On-Site, Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00, Long-Term Contract
We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Administrative Assistant to join a full-service electrical contracting company with a stellar 10+ year reputation for providing emergency assistance and high-quality electric motor services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the team through answering phones, entering order data, and organizing files.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Follow up with customers and clients to ensure their inquiries have been addressed.
- Manage purchase orders, including tracking and receiving orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Accurately enter data into an internal system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain paper files.
- Gather and merge information from multiple databases to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative experience or equal education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with working in a warehouse or similar environment a plus.
