Admissions Administrative Assistant
Albany, NY
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for an Admissions Administrative Assistant for our client, a private higher education institution, located in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, long-term temporary assignment assisting in the admissions department.
The Admissions Administrative Assistant will play an integral role in the overall organization of the incoming application process. This individual will be responsible for matching the incoming applications with the appropriate transcripts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the incoming applications to the admissions department, match applications to transcripts, and matching to applicants/students.
  • Perform data entry of student and application information into internal CRM system
  • Performs clerical duties for the admissions office including scanning, filing and organizing documentation.
  • May assist with light email correspondence with students, faculty, etc. regarding applications or admissions inquiries.
Requirements and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of prior experience working in a professional environment, preferably in a clerical or administrative capacity.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to interact well with students, staff, and faculty.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Duration: Ongoing, Long-Term Temporary Assignment
Hours: 15-20 Hours/Week
Salary
  • $19.00-$20.00/hr
