Location: Bethesda, MD

Worksite: On-site

Position: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Duties:

The Administrative Assistant shall:

  • Manage timekeeping and travel records.
  • Schedule resources based on priorities.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate logistics and maintain files.
  • Assist with meetings and document compliance.
  • Facilitate communication and data analysis.
  • Support organizational planning and document preparation.

Experience:

The Administrative Assistant shall:

  • Have minimum of three years’ experience.
  • Have fed timekeeping, ITAS, CGE Travel experience.
  • An associate degree.
  • Be fluent in American English, rule-based work adept.
  • Be proficient in online tools, MS Office.
  • Be strong in scheduling, communication, HR practices.
