Atlanta Dental Spa is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Operations Officer and our growing group of dental spas. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of operations and administrative tasks, including facilities and maintenance management, accounting duties, event planning, travel coordination, and more. Your contributions will enhance our office efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in a similar role or environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
Expected Skills:
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in creating presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Ability to handle personal tasks and errands for executives
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable car required
As an Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our Executive team, assist with various operational and administrative tasks, and contribute to making our offices welcoming and efficient spaces.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing facilities and maintenance tasks
- Handling bookkeeping, including bill payments and tracking expenses
- Planning and coordinating events, both in-person and virtual
- Scheduling meetings and travel for C-Suite executives
- Drafting clear and professional internal and external communications
- Creating engaging presentations for meetings and events
- Assisting with personal tasks as needed to support executives
- Supporting various projects and initiatives across the office
