We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our hospitality department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
$17.00 -18 based on experience
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with some weekends required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly, redirecting calls as necessary.
- Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing various documents and reports.
- Knowledge of recruiting, resume sourcing etc.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings.
- Participate in all orientations handling all aspects of onboarding
- Handles all request for employees as directed
- Assist with managing inventory and ordering supplies for the department.
- Handle complaints or concerns promptly and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Collaborate with others to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
