Busy Real Estate Development Company is looking for an Executive Assistant. We are a small but are a fast paced environment. Our office attire is casual and the position offer opportunity for growth in an expanding company. Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Punch list compilation and follow up
- Obtaining permits from the city
- Picking up and sorting through the mail
- Office Filing
- Inventory of items coming into and leaving the office
- Research/Analysis on Products and Materials
- Obtain bids from subcontractors/vendors
- Returns, Purchases, and Deliveries
- Schedule appointments for CEO (Personal & Business)
- and anything that the team needs help with
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred) or Associates Degree
- Office Experience : Minimum 5 years
The selected candidate will gain a wealth of knowledge about Real Estate Investment, Development and Management.
The selected candidate must be able to multitask, problem solve and be diligent while efficient. Strong Organization skills, listening skills and ability to take direction.
Job Type : Full Time
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Microsoft Excel: 3 year (Preferred)
- Administrative/Executive: 5 years (Preferred)
