We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Innovations team. This role is located in New York, NY - and is a hybrid position.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Perform and provide guidance and technical expertise for the most complex user experience activities that include user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design. Perform and lead user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations. Review documentation of research findings presented to product and development teams. Review new and modified user personas. Actively participate and may provide guidance in the creation of concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications to meet project schedules. Lead the implementation of visual styles that support platform branding to increase user effectiveness. Interpret user feedback and insights to improve the user experience. Serve as reviewer of usability activities and artifacts to ensure software applications meet customer expectations for use. Provide UX expertise to the product definition and evaluation process utilizing multiple sources of information (field work, interviews, internet, intranet, market data/literature).
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree preferred. 7-10 years of related experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
