JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - San Leandro Entry Level or Experienced
REPORTS TO: Office Manager
PAY: Hourly DOE
SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro & Stockton is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our San Leandro location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones.
Maintain log of all calls.
Provide excellent customer service.
Send out emails and written correspondence.
Meet crucial deadlines.
Complete internal job file quality reviews.
Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
Assist Estimators with estimates and billing invoices.
Assist with crew and job scheduling.
Assist other departments, as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of administrative or office related experience.
Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.
Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.
Experience in service industry environment a plus.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills as well as listening and questioning skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Ability to multi-task.
Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office environment.
Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to learn new software including Xactimate and proprietary software.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
HOURS
40 hours/week. Hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Must be flexible to work overtime when required.
PAY RATE
Competitive pay based on experience.
