Grade: 13

Salary: $25,028.50 - $27,781

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a part-time (50%) Administrative Support Assistant position for its intermediary organization, the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI). CPI is a vibrant and growing Center specializing in providing training and technical assistance to behavioral health providers to support implementation of broad range of evidence-based practices. CPI staff work as a collaborative team, using cutting edge technology and implementation science to support providers.

We are looking for an incumbent with excellent oral and written communication skills who is very detail oriented and flexible. This position can be fully remote or hybrid, but applicants must be able to attend occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling travel for the implementation specialists/trainers within the Center's Individual Placement and Support (IPS) initiative. This includes arranging for flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Processing travel-related vouchers. This includes tracking travel dates, interacting with travelers for receipts and related information, checking and confirming that regulations are followed, completing travel voucher and approval documents, obtaining appropriate signatures, and following up as needed.
  • Providing support for meetings such as coordinating dates, scheduling rooms, sending reminders, ordering food and supplies.
  • Other administrative duties as they arise which may include drafting emails and other documents, assembling materials, mailings, locating information on the internet, and other tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of related experience required.
    • Personal lived & living experience of mental health and/or substance recovery can substitute for education and/or work experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in an academic or non-profit environment preferred.
