Legal Administrative Assistant Job at Bauman Loewe Witt & Maxwell, PLLC in S

North Scottsdale law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to assist our attorneys and paralegals. Candidate must be proficient in preparing legal documents, researching and compiling information, coordinating appointments, maintaining calendar deadlines, and other relevant administrative tasks. Must have experience supporting attorneys and paralegals, working well under pressure, and have knowledge of legal procedures.

In-office position, full-time

Compensation: Salary dependent on experience with bonus

• Communicate with associates, paralegals, vendors and clients as necessary.
• Prepare and file court pleadings, research and compile information, draft letters and other correspondences, and proofread documents.
• Answer phone calls and emails, arrange meetings and travel and maintain calendar deadlines.
• Organize and file documents to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

• Must be detail oriented and perform tasks accurately as required.
• Possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and have a flexible attitude towards daily tasks.
• Ask appropriate questions and take direction.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products, legal software and litigation case management programs.
