We're currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be the face and pulse of our office operations. What You’ll Do

  • First impressions matter: Be the friendly face and voice that greets clients, visitors, and callers. You’ll also manage our main inbox with professionalism and positivity.
  • Coordinate like a pro: Schedule meetings, appointments, and team events, ensuring everyone stays on track.
  • Manage office essentials: Handle mail, packages, and office supply inventory, so the team is always well-stocked.
  • Provide admin support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other general tasks to keep our operations running seamlessly.
  • Keep us organized: Maintain office records, manage files, and track expenses.
  • Wear multiple hats: Pitch in on various projects and tasks as needed—versatility is key in our small but dynamic team.
