Thompson First Group is seeking a Adminstrative Assistant for a temporary to hire opportunity with a local client in Aston, PA.

The right candidate will have at least one year of reception experience, a positive attitude and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computers and general office equipment (printer, scanner, fax, phone).

Experience working in a manufacturing setting, using Visual Manufacturing (or another ERP), using a HRIS, and/or any prior HR experience is preferred.

Description of Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with Office manager on essential tasks
  • Keeping all paperwork filed and up to date with proper location
  • Pulling needed paper work
  • Scanning in paperwork into the computer
  • Back up for answering phones if busy
  • Assisting book keeper with various tasks
  • Entering sales orders
