Sales/Stock Associate - New Christmas Store
A Well-Known Christmas Store is seeking multiple Sales/Stock Associates to join their Coral Gables boutique in a Contracted capacity! This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires support from highly competent, proactive, self-motivated, and organized individuals.
Duration: November 2nd-December 31st
40 hours/week - rotating retail schedule
Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding one-on-one customer service
- Responsible for assisting the operations team in maintaining stockroom organization and processing monthly shipments
- Understand, embrace and follow all company policies and procedures
- Be a team player with a positive and pro-active attitude, in order to build cohesion and a collaborative atmosphere within the teams
Requirements:
- Have previous experience working as a Sales Associate or Stock Associate for established brands
- Have previous experience in achieving personal targets through building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Understand one-on-one client service and clienteling
- Have a real passion for luxury and be able to communicate confidently with our clients
