RPh on the go is seeking a Retail Pharmacist.

Location:MD, VA and DC

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 9 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacist to join our team in Northern Virginia. This position involves floating between various locations, providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy experience
• Active and clear Virginia Pharmacy License
• Vaccination certification
• Current CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing Medications: Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Patient Counseling: Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their medications.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the availability of medications and supplies while minimizing waste.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication management.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy (DOP) to support pharmacy operations.
