The Executive Director/Administrator is responsible for being on-site to ensure the efficient operations and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The role includes hiring, evaluating, coordinating, monitoring performance, scheduling, and supervising staff in accordance with company policy. The Executive Director/Administrator is also responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy, achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance, representing the community to the community-at-large and the Company, and creating a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for the residents. Minimum Requirements:

Must have appropriate professional license and license must be in good standing (i.e LNHA or RCAL). A minimum of three (3) years prior experience in a management position operating retirement, assisted living or skilled nursing community or related business.
