We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position will be based in a Retail/Long Term Care setting, providing essential pharmacy services to the munity. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and patient care.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Setting: Retail/Long Term Care
Assignment Dates:

• Ongoing dates throughout the end of the year

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute drugs prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Provide prehensive information to customers about their medications, including dosage, side effects, and proper usage.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all patients receive the care and attention they deserve.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operations, including inventory control and pliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in Retail and/or Long Term Care pharmacy settings is highly preferred.
• Strong munication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
