Fourth Floor is hiring: Seasonal Retail Associate - Luxury Fashion Brand in New

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for Sales Support to assist their boutique staff in New York City! You must be able to work full-time hours through the holiday season.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and manage traffic flow
• Provide excellent customer service
• Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
• Support boutique team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
• Maintain/ organize the stock room
• Replenish the sales floor as needed
• Assist with shipping & receiving
• Support boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
• Support the team with operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales, high-end luxury preferred
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Flexible to work weekends/ standard retail hours
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
