Job Title: Retail Program Manager

Pay Range: $66,500 - $100,000

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

Description:

Collaborate internally and with US CE Retailer on strategic marketing opportunities by supporting the Retail Sales Director with full funnel campaigns to drive the MSI brands and products in the US Consumer Market.

This role requires a strong digital and in-store execution, consumer electronics product knowledge is preferred, and account management skills that deliver proven results.

The Retail Program Manager leads always-on marketing activities, supports full funnel campaigns, and drives digital campaigns with US CE Retailer. This person will also leverage marketing analytics to determine, measure and communicate tactics’ effectiveness; adapting when needed for desirable sales results and marketing ROI. Competitive marketing analysis will also be required to measure MSI’s brand presence, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to launch campaigns online and in-store.

The successful candidate has strong organizational skills, is result oriented, able to meet deadlines, and cross-functionally, managing multiple campaigns at the same time. He/she has excellent written and verbal communication skills and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

What you will DO:

  • Work with the Retail Sales Director and local marketing teams to launch US local strategy that focus on the CE retailer partner and relevant messaging and target audiences.
  • Support full funnel campaigns and MSI global launches at US CE Retailer Channel.
  • Support digital campaigns and work with key ecosystem partners to broaden MSI products visibility in the US.
  • Plan, execute, adjust, and measure always-on marketing activities to obtain the best marketing and sales ROI.
  • Perform weekly product page reviews (end-consumer and media) analysis to obtain insights, identify potential issues and product sentiment.
  • Analyze wrap-up reports, data, and marketing insights to distill them into a meaningful and coherent story for full funnel and other digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the retail sales team to support the right products in accordance with established sales goals.
  • Work with external agencies to execute and maintain in-store projects.
  • Lead in-store product and brand demo experiences (RDX), collaborating with ecosystem partners, local product management and global teams.
  • Lead digital updates on the MSI brand store for new hero product launches.
  • Weekly contact with Retailer’s Marketing window including weekly calls to discuss open items and status
  • Support budget management in partnership with the Retail Sales Director and local marketing team.

What you will NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or related.
  • 5+ years Retail marketing management in IT industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of retail marketing, partnerships, joint campaigns, consumer electronics industry and working knowledge of the fundamentals of those products is preferred.
  • Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong strategic mentality and analytical skills; ability to balance analytical and creative thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work with multiple projects at the same time.
  • Organized, proactive, meticulous multi-tasker with excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills in English.
