We are on the lookout for a dedicated, customer-oriented Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Store Associates. As a Retail Store Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store cleanliness, and driving sales. Your primary duties will include opening and closing the store, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and actively promoting sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Additionally, you'll be tasked with maintaining the visual presentation of the store, processing merchandise, and helping to plan and execute seasonal events. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Opening and closing the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Engaging with customers to identify their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Driving sales by actively promoting products and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a premium shopping experience for all customers.
• Developing and implementing local marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the head office to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
• Operating the point-of-sale (POS) register and email systems.
• Hosting events (e.g., yoga classes) within the mall or nearby locations to promote our brand and products.
• Reporting daily sales progress to management.
• Utilizing a strong network and community connections to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Supporting the organization and execution of in-person brand events.
• Working with shopping mall staff to coordinate exciting events and public relations opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Proficiency in sales management techniques.
• Strong employee orientation and training skills.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build a customer base through effective marketing and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about fashion and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
• Ability to plan and execute promotional events and activities.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary with the opportunity for additional commission based on performance.

Experience level:

• 1-2 years.

• Morning shift.
• Evening shift.

Weekly day range:

• Weekend.
• Monday to Friday.
