Retail Store Associate Job at Parcel Plus in Vienna

Role and Responsibilities

The store Associate with deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers providing a vast array of products and services. The Associate will be charged with processing packages for shipping couriers, operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and live-scan machines. Additionally, the Associate will assist with the following but not limited to duties:

• Assist with Notary Services

• Passport Photos

• Custom labels/printing/copying

• Support private and virtual mailbox services

• Regularly maintain the company stockroom and supplies

• Troubleshooting shipping issues and customer concerns

• Obtain and process custom product orders

• Conduct market research and analysis

• Perform other duties as assigned

• May open and or close the store / complete end-of-day accounting

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Must be 19 or older to apply

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong computer skills

• Outstanding interpersonal and phone skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to lift 50+ pounds

• Ability to secure a notary public certification

• Prompt, reliable and responsible

• Non-smoking environment

• Must pass a universal background screening

Preferred Skills

• Retail/customer service experience

• Packing/shipping experience

• One or more years with graphic design or print

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Highly professional and dependable

• Expertise with Microsoft and Adobe Suites

• Self-starter and driven to succeed

• Agree to store policies and best practices
