We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Marketing Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Head, North America, Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC), this individual will be responsible for the oversight and management of all Marketing Operations functions.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to ensure agile end-to-end operations, from asset creation to deployment.
Consolidate the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review processes across Business Units into one streamlined, consistent approach.
Consolidate and manage print and fulfillment vendors across business units.
Administer purchasing processes and ensure timely processing of purchase orders.
Act as single accountable owner for TAG (low complexity creative agency) relationship in the US.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs.
Develop and manage budgets for Marketing Operations functions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Marketing Operations functions.
Create roadmap for internalization of external capabilities utilizing HUB resources.
Innovate processes to improve efficiency.
About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Marketing Operations, with a focus on the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to think outside the box, challenge current processes.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to marketing materials.
Experience developing and managing budgets for Marketing Operations functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
