Our Sales Associates provide an exceptional level of service that will exceed the customers' expectations per the adultmart and Room801 standards. Sales Associates must engage customers in conversation for the purpose of selling merchandise, education the customer, and ensuring that each customer has a personalized and pleasurable shopping experience.

Core Position Requirements for all Sales Associates:

• Drive to go beyond the norms of customer service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Possess a passion for interaction with a diverse group of people.
• A working knowledge of store products, including prices, specials, sales and product location within the store. You must be able to actively engage customers to provide education on products and assist the customers in finding the ideal item for their lifestyle.
• Computer experience required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
• Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• A High Scholl Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned based on the needs of the business.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
