The Retail Sales Representative will engage directly with customers in a retail setting while introducing them to exclusive products and offering customized plans fitted to their needs. As an entry-level role, the Sales Representative will be equipped with comprehensive retail sales training and resources to successfully perform responsibilities, maximize retail sales performance, and drive growth for our retail brand partners.

Retail Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Identify appropriate prospects within Big Box Retail locations and guide them through the sales process 
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits related to customer needs
  • Achieve sales goals by following a defined sales process in accordance with our brand partner’s policies 
  • Ability to offer knowledgeable service recommendations that address customer need
  • Apply constructive feedback given by Management on how to improve sales and customer service skills

Qualifications and Related Experience:
  • Displays above-average communication skills 
  • Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
  • Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industrie
  • Motivated by hitting sales targets, deadlines, and achieving goals
