We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.The position is responsible for maintaining production standards to meet customer’s requirements, which duties include scheduling, communication, productivity, labor controls and efficiency standards. Must ensure quality and customer service is maintained at the highest level on a daily basis.Annual Hiring Range:

Coordinates services between the kitchen and drivers, while controlling activities on the receiving dockCreates assignments for team drivers and assignments to flightsChecks dock area to ensure employees have all required equipment and that trucks leave according to schedule dock departureCreates labor forecastsEnsures all teams are catering correct aircraft and flightsEnsures employees are in compliance with safety proceduresAssists teams with late flights and equipment changesResponsible for getting information from other airlines for serviceMaintains radio contact with superintendent, meal planner and leads during operation.Qualifications
Education:
High School degree or GED requiredSome college preferred.Work Experience:
Must have 3-5 years of supervisory/management experienceExperience with scheduling and forecasting labor preferredIn-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service industry highly desirableMust have strong and effective leadership skills and have successfully managed a staff of 20-30Current or previous labor relations experience is a plus.Technical Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing priorityCandidate should be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive program changeMust be innovative in making changes to the operation as needed to further improve the work environment and unit performanceBasic computer skills requiredPossess strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership.Valid Driver’s LicenseLanguage / Communication Skills:
